We require a chef/cook for our kitchen to work mainly weekday lunchtimes from Tuesday to Friday (approx 16 hours per week to begin with). The successful applicant will have previous experience of working unsupervised in a pub/restaurant kitchen, be well-presented, have a passion for cooking fresh food and enjoy working within a motivated and successful team.
Duties will include preparing sandwiches and cooking classic pub meals with the opportunity to assist in menu creation / specials etc, full adherence to Food Standards Agency guidelines to maintain our 5 stars, reporting and stock control.
